The winning artist, selected  on April 22nd  by a jury of representatives appointed by the Blooming Affair at Hamilton Gardens committee, will receive a cash prize. The winner's art will be used to create limited edition prints for sale to benefit  the Gardens,  and the original will be auctioned at the Blooming Affair at Hamilton Gardens "Celebrate the Gardens Benefit" on May 20th, sponsored by the Town County Homeowners Association.
